Children aged 4 to 11 use child tickets, and younger children enter free. One reservation holds up to 20 travelers. Your booking needs an adult even when most of the party uses child admission.
The voucher requires contact with the Cultural Center at least 48 hours before arrival. That call covers your reservation details. It doesn't add a hotel transfer to a package that excludes transportation.
Wear comfortable shoes and carry a hat or umbrella. You'll move between villages before dinner. Your clothes need to include a shirt, and a swimsuit alone doesn't meet the grounds' dress rules.
Gluten-free and other dietary requests can be accommodated. Your first stop at the buffet should include speaking with the dining staff. They can explain the alternate menu choices available for your meal.
Alcohol isn't allowed anywhere on the grounds. Personal photos are allowed during the village visit. Keep your camera put away during HĀ, where both photography and video recording are prohibited throughout the show.
