Pickup and meeting point
- Find the booth: The booth at Kewalo Basin has a jet ski on top. It's at Slip F-1 across from Ward Village, beside a stop sign.
- Arrival time: Arrive with your whole party 30 minutes ahead of the activity time. Late arrivals who miss the boat aren't eligible for a refund.
- Your ride: You arrange travel to Kewalo Basin and back to your hotel. There isn't a hotel transfer attached to this booking.
Before you book
- Choose the same flight option for people who want to fly together. A solo booking pairs you with another flyer.
Fit
Is this tour right for you?
The 700-foot Standard flight suits couples who want a shared parasail outing off Waikiki. You don't need the longest towline. Friends who won't fly can book observer seats. Your group needs time for the 30-minute check-in before the boat leaves.
Hawaiian Parasail suits you if Ala Wai Harbor is the preferred starting point, from $89 per person with fuel included. For a six-guest boat in Maunalua Bay, H2O Sports costs from $94.24 per person.
Who it's not for
- Children under 5 who want to fly
- Anyone requiring a solo flight
- Pregnant travelers, including boat observers
- Travelers with spinal injuries
Good to know
Know before you go
Flyers must be at least 5 years old. Younger children can ride with an observer ticket. An adult signs the waiver for minors, and pregnancy rules also apply to passengers staying aboard.
The combined weight limit per flight is 450 to 550 lb, depending on conditions. The crew assigns pairs or triples. Heavier parties should plan on the lower figure.
Your entire party needs to reach Slip F-1 at Kewalo Basin 30 minutes before departure. The booth has a jet ski on top. Late arrival doesn't qualify for a refund.
The $8 fuel surcharge and $1 ocean steward fee are paid on top of the flight price. Photos are optional, and your journey from the hotel is another separate expense.
Bookings made through the booking page get a full refund until 24 hours before the activity. After that, there's no refund.
One reservation accepts up to fifteen travelers. Keep the mobile ticket available at check-in. Boat observers need their own tickets too, and adding another passenger at the dock isn't guaranteed.

Questions
People also ask
- How much does Xtreme Parasail's Standard flight cost?
Standard parasailing starts from $88.52 per person. That option uses a 700-foot towline and includes flight equipment. Your fuel and stewardship charges remain separate, while longer-line options cost more. Observer tickets cost less.
- Can a solo traveler book Xtreme Parasail?
Yes, one traveler can reserve a place. You won't fly alone in the parachute. The crew pairs solo guests with another flyer and decides whether a flight carries two or three people.
- How long is the Xtreme Parasail flight?
Your flight lasts up to 8 minutes. The shared boat outing occupies a 1-hour slot, with other guests taking their turns. The 30-minute check-in window comes before that activity time.
- Can everyone in a family fly together with Xtreme Parasail?
The parachute carries two or three flyers together. A larger family takes separate turns. Choose the same flight option for people hoping to share a flight, since different towline bookings can't be combined.
- What happens if weather cancels Xtreme Parasail?
A weather cancellation brings a refund or rescheduling. That differs from missing your own departure. Your party still needs to follow the 30-minute arrival requirement unless the trip has been canceled, and flight pairings depend on conditions.
